Exchange & Returns

We check our garments thoroughly before sending them while taking our time to package them carefully. We only accept returns of faulty garments for exchange or refund within 7 days from the date when the garment has been received.

Please contact us immediately via email if you intend to exchange or return your garment within 7 days of the date of delivery. Unfortunately we will not exchange or refund if the 7-day period has passed. All garments must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the original invoice printed and attached.

The shipping charges for returns of garments are the cost of the customer choosing to return the item. The customer is liable for the garment until it is received by us in the case of a return or exchange. If for any reason the garment is lost in the mail, is not responsible.
